At Revopoint 3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scanning experience. If your 3D scanner doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, calibration boards, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
